Evolution game analysis of knowledge-sharing based on organization knowledge structure

Knowledge sharing is evolutionary dynamic process within organizations. This paper use evolutionary game theory to study the dynamics of knowledge sharing. First, organization knowledge structure was analyzed according to the organization members' knowledge sets. Based on organization knowledge structure, knowledge sharing game is classed into four types, which are intersection, disjoint, superposition, inclusion, etc. Then, the replicator dynamics of knowledge sharing is built, and evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of knowledge-sharing are analyzed. Results show that, to achieve high-level organization knowledge-sharing, the Share Strategy must be ESS and the initial state of organization must be in the stable region of ESS. Organization can adjust their knowledge structure and use proper excitation methods to get a well initial state for a high level of knowledge sharing.
