Tangentially burner application is used extensively in power plant boilers,but it also has its own disadvantages: such as low temperature in the burner-region,poor firing conditions,large rotary residual at furnace export,the uneven temperature distribution level at the stack,prone to thermal deviation and explosion of the water tubes.So in recent years wall arrangement boiler has a good engineering prospect.Prototype was adopted of wall tangentially DC Swing burners of an ultra-supercritical coal-fired 600MW power plant boiler.using the numerical simulation method by FLUENT.The numerical simulation results of DC Swing burners gave the combustion characteristics and flow characteristics at different swing levels,and according to the results of numerical simulation the combustion characteristics and flow characteristics were analyzed,and the reasonable working condition of the wall arrangement was decided.It provides the reference of the operation of the wall arrangement combustion boiler.
