고속철도 차량용 알루미늄 압출재의 구조 및 차음성능 비교

Sound insulation performance is measured and analysed on the aluminum extruded panels used for the floor and the side wall of the high speed train. STLs (Sound Transmission Losses) of the two panel models are compared using MLD (Mass Law Deviation) in aspect of the weight. Through the comparison of the cross sectional structures, the effect of the core structure on the sound insulation performance is investigated. Finally, improvement effect on the STL is compared and analysed when the elastic porous foam is filled in the core of the extruded panels. The aim of the study is to provide the information for the STL improvement of the aluminum extruded panels used in the high speed train.
