Non-contact vision measurement device for geometric dimension of ship

The invention discloses a non-contact vision measurement device and a non-contact vision measurement method for geometric dimension of a ship. The method comprises the following steps of: placing two video cameras on a ship body, placing two video cameras on the lateral surface of the ship body, and connecting the four video cameras and a field host through coaxial analog video cables respectively, wherein the distance between the video cameras is adjustable in a range of 20 to 5,000 centimeters; mounting a field target among the four video cameras; calibrating the video cameras by using the video cameras as basic measurement units and adopting the field target respectively; acquiring and solving image data of the length and width of the ship body and the height of the above-water part byadopting the video cameras, performing three-dimensional reconstruction by using an area-based three-dimensional matching algorithm and using characteristic points and corresponding world coordinates, and solving the distance between two points so as to obtain the length and the width of the ship body and the height of the above-water part of the ship body. The device and the method can prevent the ship from overloading and blocking, have simple measurement process and precise measurement result, save manpower, and realize automation of ship measurement and automation of internal river passing ship toll administration.
