ENURESIS AND PANTS–WETTING IN CHILDREN: A SURVEY OF SOME SIMPLE THERAPIES

.To the Government Officer, however, who looks through his office wmdow, orthroughwhere the window would be if there were one, and sees all Impartially-missionary,traderand native----it appears that,no matter what things are to betaken as possible signa of advancement,cleaner villages, greaterfreedom from disease, better houses, cleaner habita, a growing recognition that behind the whiteman's gaol lies the white man'sjustice,whatenrall these thingsmayormay not.be,they certainly are notsymptomsof retrogression.
