Efficient reduction of susceptance-based package models using PRIMA

A modified PRIMA algorithm is proposed for robust and efficient reduced order modeling of large linear interconnect circuits that include sparse susceptance (inverse of the inductance matrix) matrices to capture the magnetic couplings.
