FIELD FLATNESS DEGRADATION PROBLEMS AND CURE

Field flatness of ICHIRO 9-cell cavities was often degraded 96% before surface preparations. In order to find which process degrades the flatness, we checked it at each step of procedures. We improved cavity jig and fitting method. Now the degradations of flatness are less than 96% is in hand now.
