HTML-Based Codesign Framework

A short look back on the preceding chapters will summarize the main points that were addressed so far. A designer centered codesign approach was presented. It can be subdivided into two major parts: the quantitative analysis and the cosynthesis. The preceding chapter has outlined a number of different tools to support the various sub-tasks that have to be performed in this context. For example, the quantitative analysis can be subdivided into three major steps: the requirement analysis, the design exploration, and the data transfer analysis. Each of these steps can be further refined into a measurement part and an analysis part. The measurement consists of tools which perform the time-consuming fine-grained investigations of the system. The analysis part contains the tools that perform the information filtering. It generates the abstract data and visualizes them.
