Hardware Structure of Field Wireless Data Collection Subsystem Based on Bridge Strain Measurement

Remote wireless data collection system based on bridges strain measurement achieved the remote data collection of many bridges' health information in an area,depending upon wireless transmission technology and GPRS network resources.The short-distance field wireless collection subsystem's hardware structure was a key facet of the whole system,which included hardware circuit of bridge strain collection of forward channel,hardware structure of micro power short-distance wireless transmission module DTD462A,field wireless collection node based on MSC1210 and DTD462A,and field host control node based on AT89C2051 and DTD462A.Simulation results show that a node can collected and transmit eight test points strain data in 1 s,the bit error was less than 10-6,precision was within one microstrain,so it can insure validity and reliability of data transmission.
