Leakage of flammable gas fuel on high pressure supply pipe can lead to critical incident like fire or explosion, especially in closed space. In this study, a numerical analysis was performed to investigate the distribution of concentration of leaked natural gas in a confined domain as time elapses. From the results of the calculation, flammable volume ratio and the concentration of gas with the height and time were assessed. Both upper region and lower region have high concentration of natural gas due to the vortex caused by the jet flow from the crack on high-pressure pipe. These data can be used to assess the risk of the closed facility and to calculate the evacuation time for workers.
