Overpower protection device

The present invention provides an over-power protection apparatus comprising: an oscillator output frequency signal; a power signal through sampling comparison unit for outputting a protection signal; progressive triggering unit connected to the comparison unit through a power signal sampling oscillator receiving the protection signal and the frequency signal, the output signal is turned off; latch unit, connected to a progressive triggering unit receives the oFF signal, the output signal of the latch; the driving signal frequency signal generating unit, connected to the latch unit and an oscillator, receiving the latch signal, the latch signal to stop outputting the drive signal to the power switch; and a driving signal control unit, connected to the driving signal generating unit receiving the sensing signal and a second threshold signal when the sensing signal rises to when the second threshold signal, a driving signal control unit outputs a clear signal to the drive signal generating means to turn off the driving signal to the power switch. The present invention can provide the most complete protection power supply scheme.
