Experimental Characterization of Lowpass and Highpass Interconnects

In this paper, short-pulse propagation technique is employed for extraction of propagation constant and effective permittivity of lowpass and highpass transmission lines. Measurements with vector network analyzer (VNA) are used to evaluate this time-domain characterization method.
