Speciation analysis and determination of As in soil

Arsenic(As) is an important polluting element to environment,Arsenide can combine with-SH of zymoprotein and make the enzyme inactivate.With hydrochloric acid extraction,chloroform separation,A method for determinating As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) in soil was reported by hydride generation atomic flurorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) in the paper.The linear range of the method is 1.0～100 μg/L.The relative standard deviations are As(Ⅲ): 3.2%～9.5%? As(Ⅴ): 4.3%～5.2%;the recoveries are As(Ⅲ): 104%? As(Ⅴ): 92%.
