The positioning device and positioning mechanism

A positioning device comprising a support member and two opposing positioning mechanism disposed on the support member for the placement on the workpiece support member and positioned between the two positioning means for positioning. Each positioning mechanism includes a driving member, the loading member, a rack gear and a positioning member, the loading member is movably mounted on the support member, defines a loading chute member slidably disposed in the slide rack, the drive member is provided on the support member and connected with the fixed rack; gear is rotated in contact with the loading member, and in engagement with the rack; positioning member rotatably connected to the gear; a drive member capable of driving the rack in the sliding chute away from the workpiece, and further rotates to drive the positioning member and into the interior of the workpiece. When the rack and the end wall of the chute against the driving member drives the positioning member continues to move, in order to achieve the two force exerts a positioning mechanism for positioning the workpiece in two opposite directions, and then pressing the workpiece. The present invention also provides a mechanism for positioning the positioning device.
