Research of large angle rotary motion object electro-hydraulic servo loading system

According to the characteristics of large rotating angle during the loading process for aircraft landing gear door, a four-bar linkage mechanical loading mechanism is designed. Considering the geometric structure, elastic deformation and quality, the four-bar linkage is established. To improve the dynamic accuracy of the system, a fuzzy fractional order PID controller is designed, and fuzzy self-tuning optimization is adopted to regulate parameters. The simulation results show that the four-bar linkage mechanical loading mechanism meets the large rotation of the moving object load requirements. Compared with traditional PID, fuzzy fractional order PID controller can improve the control performance significantly.
