Non-volatile memory device, method of operating same, and memory system having same

PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device, an operating method thereof, and a memory system including the same are provided to improve the reliability of data by partially recovering data using an error correction code. CONSTITUTION: A memory array(230) includes a stripe(211). The stripe includes a parity page(231) and a data page(221). A chip controller includes an operation module and a data buffer. The operation module operates data inputted from the outside of the memory device, stores the operated data, and programs the data in the parity page. The data buffer stores the inputted data in the data page.
