PURPOSE: A resistive memory device performing a writing operation by using a multi-mode switching current, a memory system including the same, and a data writing method of the resistive memory device are provided to reduce power consumption of the resistive memory device. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit (120) generates a row control signal (CONX) and a column control signal (CONY) by controlling timing and a voltage level of an address signal (ADD). A row decoder (140) generates a word line driving signal by decoding the row control signal. A column decoder (150) generates a column selection signal by decoding the column control signal. A current supplying circuit (160) generates a first current and a second current whose level is greater than that of the first current based on weak cell information and provides the current to a memory cell array.
