Research and Development on Unbalanced Loading Experiment Platform

A set of hoist drum experimental platform used in the laboratory was developed, which can simulate the actual working conditions and provide the experimental basis for the feasibility of the corresponding structure and the simulation of mechanical properties. Preliminary design and mechanics analysis of the drum structure were carried out, involving the method of strength checking as well as the method of structure optimization by using ANSYS. On the design of the load, hydraulic partial loading method was used. The research and design of the hydraulic station were completed. By modeling the hydraulic simulation system, the control method was simulated.
