A trusted QoS rerouting mechanism based on vaccination immune genetic optimization

Node or link failures and users' mobility are common in trusted network. A QoS (Quality of Service) rerouting mechanism based on vaccination immune genetic optimization is proposed to recover from such failures. The main idea behind this rerouting mechanism lies in maximizing the users' QoS and trusted requirements and the link reuse ratio of the original connection. This paper presents a network model and description of users' requirements. Satisfaction degree functions are given to measure users' satisfaction about paths. In particular, a link trust evaluation model is established based on Bayesian inference. The simulation results have shown that the proposed mechanism is both feasible and effective, and it improves the rerouting success rate and the user satisfaction degree with users' demands satisfied.
