Organisational digital capability – creating a proactive win, win, win approach for staff and students

In a time when digital innovations contribute significantly to our economic wealth and yet continually reshape so many aspects of our daily lives it is vital that our current and future workforce have the digital capabilities employers and society needs.  Using resources and activities from the newly-released guide to Developing organisational approaches to digital capabilities, the workshop will encourage an interactive debate and the sharing of effective practice.  The symbiotic relationship between employability, student-staff partnership work and digital capability will be an underpinning reflection point.
