대체냉매용 Cascade system의 성능실험

The objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of experimental parameters on the performance of a cascade system using alternative refrigerants. The experimental apparatus consisted of a cascade system with a HTC(high temperature circuit) and a LTC(law temperature circuit), pressure transducers, gas and liquid mass flow meters, etc. The experimental parameters were evaporating temperature of HTC(-30, -21, -11℃) and charged weight of R-134a(500, 600g) and R-23(50, 70, 80g). The system showed the best performance in case of R-134a of 500g and R-23 of 80g. As the evaporating temperature of the HTC increased, the COP and refrigerating efficiency increased, and the volume flow rate per unit refrigerating capacity decreased.
