LocVisVC: Local visibility maps of artifacts and distortions in images under varying viewing conditions

The data set contains pairs of distorted and reference images with the associated maps indicating in which part of an image the distortions are visible. Each image has associated viewing conditions: the display peak luminance and the angular resolution in pixels per visual degree.
