Wideband CMOS transconductor for analog VLSI systems
暂无分享,去创建一个
A very wideband transconductor using eight CMOS transistors is presented. The effect of gate-to-drain capacitances that leads to excess phase shift is cancelled by appropriate choice of transistor dimensions and by the use of fully differential input signals. The transconductance is constant to almost 300 MHz.
