Optimal Model and Algorithm of Stage Plan of Intelligent Dispathing System for Marshalling Stations

This paper formulates the mixed 0-1 linear program model of the stage plan of the intelligent dispatching system for a marshalling station.Since the model is a NPC,the model is decomposed into the four sub-problems of sorting、car-flow allocating、marshalling and operation of arrival-departure tracks.An effective heuristic algorithm is presented.Car-flow allocating is treated as the principal line.Optimization of the sorting and marshalling programmes is realized by optimizing the local-area optimal problems.
