Discrete sliding mode current control of three-phase grid-connected PWM converters

Discrete sliding mode current control of grid-connected PWM converters is designed and analyzed. rather low switching frequency of 2.5 kHz is used. Main contributions of this work are the use an advanced discrete system model, taking the PWM and computation delays directly into accou and comparison of different approaches for performance improvement. Moreover, the generation the reference state trajectory and a feedforward taking into account physical limitations is presente Experimental results confirm the theoretical results.
