1D 해석을 이용한 수동 변속기 클러치 페달 특성 최적화 기법에 관한 연구

This paper deals with 1D simulation method of clutch pedal characteristics and optimization strategy for the manual gearbox. Most of clutch system is consist of mechanical parts and hydraulic components to transfer pedal force until diaphragm spring on clutch cover system. It is very important to predict mechanical friction and hydraulic loss for the exact pedal behavior. The general mechanism will be dealt on the first half with introduction and simulation method will be followed. This simulation is based on MATLAB and AMESim 1D analysis tools and correlation results are also shown on conclusion section. Particularly the major parameters which make the highest influences to the pedal characteristics will be studied and design target values will be also provided to obtain the optimized pedal reaction behavior for potential customers. Once the simulation model is correlated, this method will be taken center stage with high confidence level and it can be utilized for design determination and optimization with less cost and time.
