도심지 APT형 공장 공용공간의 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning public space of apartment-type factory in urban area at the change of industrial structure. The results of the analysis are summarized as following: First, in site plan, clarify the pedestrian space in front of the apartment-type factory building and the service circulation on the back of it, and provide verious resting places at the outdoor area for the workers and adjacent community. Second, apply height-adjustable loading deck at the range of 72㎝(loading height of 1ton truck) to adopt variable height requirements depending on the vehicle types. Third, plan the main entrance and the loading deck's canopy height spacious by properly planning the uses and unit layout of the first and the second floor. Fourth, type of core is planned as edged core and double corridor which has court, and the width of the corridor to be minimum 2.4m~4m to accomodate 80㎝-wide hand truck and 1.0m-wide power truck. Fifth, minimize the parking space on the roof area, and maximize the green landscapes and the physical exercise facilities for the tenants.
