The control method comprises the following steps: a, when a unit needs to be shut down, reducing the frequency of a variable-frequency compressor (1) to 20Hz, and operating for 20s, wherein in the frequency-reduced operation process, the opening degree of an originally opened electronic expansion valve (2) is kept unchanged; b, shutting down the compressor (1), judging whether one or multiple originally started indoor machines exist, if the multiple originally started indoor machines exist, performing the step c, if the one originally started indoor machine exists, performing the step d; c, regulating the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve (2) of each originally started indoor machine to be 200 steps, keeping the opening degree for 3 minutes, and finally completely closing the electronic expansion valves (2); d, regulating the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve (2) of the originally started indoor machine to be 300 steps, keeping the opening degree for 3 minutes, and finally completely closing the electronic expansion valve (2). According to the method, oil leakage of the compressor (1) during restarting can be effectively avoided.
