Testability Evaluation Based on Multi-Signal Modeling Methodology

The formalization definition and modeling step of multi-signal methodology are introduced.Multi-signal modeling methodology is a hierarchical modeling methodology,where the propagation paths of the effects of a failure are captured in terms of a directed graph.A testability evaluation algorithm based on multi-signal modeling methodology is presented.Finally,an example proves that the modeling is easy and the methodology has high efficiency.
