Analysis on the prospect and regulation of the application of power system stabilizer in Guangdong power network

Based upon analyzing the characteristics of Guangdong power network, this paper discusses the rationality and necessity of the application of power system stabilizer(PSS).After contrasting with other province's situations,this paper also presents the technique and administrative problems of Guangdong power system in developing PSS as well as the suggestions to solve these problems.
