The Practice of Team-learning Mode in Management Specialty Teaching

This paper expounds the meaning and characteristic of team-learning and analyzes the efficiency of team-learning mode in teaching of Management principles.It also summarizes four factors about the practice of team-learning: the establishment and management of the team,orientation of teachers in team-learning,the content and form of team-learning,and the performance evaluating of team-learning.Simultaneously,it analyzes some phenomena existing in team-learning,such as the free riding behavior,the defensive routines,autonomy and control,selfish departmentalism and landscape orientation cooperation.
