Temperature dependence of bound water dielectric behavior in grain

Dielectric behavior in bound water in grain was studied through measurement of the dielectric properties at microwave frequencies over a wide temperature range between -80/spl deg/C and +10/spl deg/C. Both /spl epsiv/' and /spl epsiv/" were found to increase linearly with temperature with a slope change at around -20/spl deg/C.
