Under the influence of mining behavior, the deformation between the vertical shaft and the rigid guide inevitably occurred. The abnormal deformation of the guide causes abnormal vibration of the hoisting container, which directly affects the stability and safety of the operating container. MATLAB6.5/Simulink tool was used to carry out simulation and solution for six degrees of freedom vibration model of a hoisting container, and vibration characteristics of the container were obtained at various defects of the rigid guide such as protrusion excitation and nonlinear excitation etc., which offered theoretical references for detecting defects of guides by using the dynamic method.
