Information Processing Theory and Learning Disabilities

The editorial staff of theJLD is pleased to present the following topical series on information processing theory, which begins in this issue and continues in the February and March issues. The series includes thoughtful and thought-provoking discussions of information processing, one of the most influential paradigms in the field of learning disabilities today. Dr. H. Lee Swanson, a noted expert in information processing and Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado, conceptualized and coordinated this series.—JLW
