A pH optimization system for penicilin fermation based on fuzzy control algorithm with simulating human intelligence control

For the pH in penicillin fermentation is non-linear, heavy lag and time varying, a new controler to regulate ammonia addition speed was constructed according to fuzzy control algorithm with simulating human intelligence control, a combination of simulating human intelligence control and fuzzy control. The simulation analysis showed that the fuzzy controller with simulating human intelligence control was very effective with good performance on anti-lag and anti-interference, especially suitable for the regulation of parameters with heavy lag and strong interference.
