Piezoelectric vibration generators are clean generation devices with large power density and simple structure.From the cantilever bimorph mechanical model,basic theories of piezoelectricity and mechanics were used to establish an electromechanical coupling model for piezoelectric vibration generators.A mathematical model was expressed in the form of the transfer function,and relationship between input and output could be obtained directly with Matlab/Simulink simulation tool.Structural and output characteristics of resistive load and capacitive load were analyzed and compared with the experimental results.The analysis and comparison of simulation results show that the electromechanical coupling models are valid,and provide a good basis for the optimization of piezoelectric vibration generators.
