Study on the Emergency Rescue Decision Support System of Electric Power Plants Based on Three-dimensional GIS

Aiming at the present situation of emergency rescue and emergency plan for power plant accidents, an emergency rescue decision support system for electric power plant was designed on the basis of three-dimensional GIS (Geographic Information System). Through the virtual reality simulation on the plant and its surrounding environment, this system can fulfill the scientific management of basic map data, emergency resources data, major hazards and other relevant data. It can also provide information inquiry service with Web way, fulfill the 3-dimentional show of major hazards, simulate and predict accidents, and generate the optimal plan and the optimal route for rescue. The study can effectively support the emergency rescue decision-making.
