A 200 ppi All-printed Organic TFT Backplane for Flexible Electrophoretic Displays

A 200 ppi all-printed organic thin film transistor (OTFT) backplane was fabricated with a channel length of 5 m and mobility of over 0.1 cm/Vs by a surface energy controlled Ink-Jet printing and several printing methods on plastic substrate. A flexible electrophoretic display (EPD) driven by the all-printed OTFT backplane was successfully demonstrated.
