Radar Multi-target Tracker and its Evaluation Criteria

Technologies for target tracking and data processing have been evolving from coping with single target to coping with multiple targets under the dense target environment and at the same time from the initial smoothing and prediction over target position parameters to the current calculation over motion parameters, together with target state prediction and tactical situation calculation. The evaluation criteria for correctness and effectiveness of the multitarget tracker are discussed and analyzed in this paper.
