Fuzzy AHP for Learning Service Selection in Context-Aware Ubiquitous Learning Systems

Learning service selection in context-aware ubiquitous learning systems is affected not only by human errors, those of sensors but also by the dynamic aspect of these systems. The service selection in these systems is based on the learner QoS requirements, needs. However, these latter are based on vague linguistic terms which should be represented by fuzzy set theory. To this end, we have proposed a fuzzy AHP service selection approach which considers the learning situation identification, assess the quality of context (QoC), quality of service (QoS), satisfy learner quality requirements, needs. The use of the fuzzy AHP method allowed us to insure a better selection of the learning service while taking into account several criteria for evaluation.
