Foggy image enhancing device and method based on near infrared multispectral imaging

The invention discloses a foggy image enhancing device based on near infrared multispectral imaging, comprising an imaging unit, an image signal processing unit, a video enhancing unit and an equipment control unit. The imaging unit mainly completes segmentation and sampling functions of a physical image, and the image signal processing (ISP) unit performs post processing on an original image output from a sensor, so that the image is closer to the shot actual scene. The video enhancing unit specifically enhances the image and video output by the ISP unit, and outputs an enhanced image. The equipment control unit consists of a 485 serial port control console, a lens and a filter. The invention further discloses an implementation method corresponding to the foggy image enhancing device based on near infrared multispectral imaging. By integrating optical imaging, image signal processing and video enhancing technologies, the fog transmission performance is improved, and the definition, detail and contrast of the image transmitting the fog are greatly improved. The detection distance of the lens with long focal length and large variable magnification is prolonged.
