LTE-R D2D technology applied research in the train control system

Basing on the technology evolution of railway wireless communication, this paper describes the insufficient of train control system that is inadequate to prevent the trains form collision. When we are combining device-to-device communication of LTE-R with train control system, the train operation safety and efficiency is improved. Key technologies of the new application are described in the paper.
