L'article analyse les paraphasies phonemiques produites dans des sequences consonantiques par 23 locuteurs francais aphasiques. Les donnees recueillies a partir des performances en repetition des sujets sont analysees dans l'optique de la theorie des contraintes et des strategies de reparation
