Research of influence of initial errors on thin-wall parts in milling process

The mechanism of machining error occured in maching thin wall parts is relatively complex,and the influencial factors are numerous,therefore to effectively control or reduce machining errors caused by these factors shall play an important role in improving the precision of thin-walled parts to be machined.The influence of initial manufacturing error on the composition error of the part in the milling process is mainly discussed,and the error source of the influence on the part is analyzed.Then by using the homogeneous coordinate transformation a mathematical model for each kind of manufacturing error is established,and the processed part is discretized to form set of points.By using the Matlab software each error is calculated,and the influence of each erroneous source on the part in milling process is obtained.Finally,an example is cited to analyze the influence of the initial manufacture error on the part being machined.
