Contribuições ao estudo de redes de agentes

Redes de objetos (ROs) sao uma proposta de modelo formal para sistemas dinâmicos a eventos discretos, particularmente util para a representacao e simulacao de sistemas in­teligentes. Redes de Agentes (RAs) sao uma classe de ROs onde utiliza-se uma politica autonoma para a geracao da assim chamada funcao de selecao, responsavel pela dinâmica da rede. Neste trabalho, apresenta-se uma coletânea de contribuicoes ao estudo das RAs. Basicamente, estas contribuicoes podem ser agrupadas em 3 topicos principais: (a) o aprimoramento do modelo formal para a representacao de RAs e a definicao de um framework logico-formal para o estudo da dinâmica em RAs, (b) a introducao do conceito de hierarquia em RAs, com a proposta de uma extensao para o suporte a RAs modulares e (c) implementacao de um ambiente computacional baseado no paradigma de objetos distribuidos (CORBA) para o desenvolvimento de RAs modulares Abstract
