The invention relates to a method for verifying a transient state model of a photovoltaic power station. The method is used for verifying the accuracy evaluation of a photovoltaic power station model suitable for the electromechanical transient analysis of a power system. The method comprises the steps of photovoltaic power station testing data preprocessing, data time and interval partition and testing data and simulation data error calculation and evaluation. According to the testing data preprocessing step, three-phase instantaneous data tested by the photovoltaic power station are processed to be in a data format which is the same as the time scale and the unit of model simulation data; according to the data time and interval partition step, a disturbance front period, a disturbance period and a disturbance post period are divided according to the testing disturbance electrical quantity, and the transient state interval and the steady state interval are divided in the disturbance period and the disturbance post period; according to the testing data and simulation data error calculation and evaluation step, model simulation is conducted on simulation software of the power system, errors of the acquired simulation data and the errors of the processed testing data in all the periods and the intervals are calculated, and the maximum error range allowed by model verification is defined. According to the method, the actually-measured data are used for providing the basis for the effectiveness of an RMS transient state model of the photovoltaic power station.
