This search work is mainly centered on the regulation by estimated state feedback of the shunt active power filter (SAPF) to compensate for the disturbing currents in the electric power. On the basis of a modelling established in the state space, a new law control based on estimated state feedback using Luenberger observer was developed to improve the stability and the speed of the SAPF. A new practice diagram of the regulation with estimated state feedback is proposed by implementing the vectoriel PMW in the control of three-phase inverter. The simulation results prove a stable and fast dynamics of the SAPF and a asymptotic convergence of the Luenberger observer to reproduce exactly the state vector. This research work contributes to the improvement of the dynamic and static performances of the active filters. The efficiency of the control strategy proposed allows to assure the energy quality by the notable improvement of the current specter and the power factor.
