High Capacity RoF Links at 75–300 GHz

In this paper, we perform a feasibility study on the mm-wave radio technology at the range of 75–300 GHz. Our goal is to analyze the role of the antenna directivity to provide sufficient power margin for link designs beyond 100 Gbps.
