Provided are a channel information configuration method and device, and feedback method and device. The configuration method comprises: configuring, by a base station, Q channel state information (CSI) measurement threads for a CSI process, wherein Q is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and configuring, by the base station, P1 channel measurement pilot frequencies and P2 interference measurement resources for the Q CSI measurement threads, wherein the P1 channel measurement pilot frequencies are configured to perform channel measurements on the Q CSI measurement threads, and the P2 interference measurement resources are configured to perform interference measurements on the Q CSI measurement threads, P1 and P2 being integers greater than zero. The present invention addresses the problem in the related art in which pilot frequency measurement and feedback techniques are not flexible.
