The method comprises the following steps: receiving parameter information transmitted by an intelligent closestool; judging whether the user physiological information is abnormal or not; determining the health information of the user based on the user physiological information when the user physiological information is abnormal; and on the basis of the identification of the target intelligent wearable equipment, transmitting the health information to a user terminal which is bound with the target intelligent wearable device, wherein the parameter information carries user physiological information and the identification of a target intelligent wearable device, the user physiological information is the physiological information of a user making use of the intelligent closestool at present, and the target intelligent wearable device is the intelligent device worn in the user at present. According to the method and the apparatus disclosed by the invention, the health information of the user is determined based on the user physiological information of the user currently using the intelligent closestool and the health information is transmitted to the user terminal, so that the user can timely master current physical health condition thereof.
